  Needless to say, when my house developed a leak in a different place, i called react immediately, they came out as soon as they were able (week of storms delayed them) and managed to fix it whilst inspecting the roof!

  overall, very satisfied with react's customer service and ability to do the job. If my roof ever needs repairs again (fingers crossed it doesn't) will certainly give them a call.

  Whilst not the best at contacting me, whenever i called them, they always knew exactly where everything was up to.

  Not the cheapest place around, but they certainly got the job done, and fixed promptly when my roof was damaged in a storm. Suspect the price is to do with their attention to detail, and insistence on only having to do a job once (would only do color bond flashing, not lead).

  My experience with react was terrible. After dealing with a pushy sales man I was overpriced. Then when the workers showed up and I tried asking them questions they had no idea what the salesman had set up. I don't think they were very experienced which wasn't what I was expecting after the reputation react tries to sell. Vey unsatisfied customer. My advice, get more then one quote. It'll be worth it in the long run.
